Article 18-C) c) A delegate will be removed from their position for the following reasons: c.1) Illness or death. c.2) Cease to be a club member. c.3) Two (2) unexcused absences to the Assembly meetings on different dates during their tenure. c.4) Three (3) excused or unexcused absences to the Assembly meetings on different dates during their tenure. d) Members of the General Assembly can resign from their posts by submitting their resignation to the Board of Directors.
