Osasuna trains behind closed doors two days before facing Barça

The team will finish its preparations tomorrow at the Tajonar Sports Complex.

Osasuna held a closed training session at El Sadar this morning, two days ahead of its match against F.C. Barcelona (9 p.m., Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys). The team focused on rondos and tactical work.

Forward Ante Budimir rejoined training today after featuring in Croatia’s two UEFA Nations League quarterfinal matches against France. Meanwhile, defender Enzo Boyomo remains on international duty with Cameroon, which faces Libya today in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier. Forward Bryan Zaragoza continued his recovery process. Osasuna Promesas goalkeeper Pablo Valencia, midfielders Jon García and Asier Osambela, joined the first team for training.

The team will complete its match preparations with an open training session at the Tajonar Sports Complex on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. After the game in Barcelona, Osasuna will return to Pamplona on Friday morning and train in Tajonar upon arrival to begin preparations for its match against Athletic Club. In addition to Friday, Head Coach Vicente Moreno’s squad will train again on Saturday morning to finalize preparations for the Matchday 29 fixture.
