Vicente Moreno: "It's a tough blow. We apologize to the fans"

Osasuna head coach Vicente Moreno spoke at a press conference following his team's 2-1 defeat to Getafe at El Sadar.
"It's a tough blow because the game was under control in the first half. We had a good feeling going into halftime with the lead, but in the blink of an eye, the match turned against us, and we struggled to find a way back in," Moreno said. "On top of that, when we had the numerical advantage, [forward] Bryan's [Zaragoza] injury prevented us from capitalizing."
Moreno admitted to having a "bad feeling" after the loss. "We wanted to win this game but couldn't do it. The players tried in every way possible, and I can't reproach them for that," he said. "It's true that, regarding results, we haven't been at the level our fans deserve, and we apologize. As the head coach, I take full responsibility for these results."
Moreno emphasized the need for hard work when asked how the team could turn the situation around. "We have to work harder, push more, and insist until those little details go in our favor," he stated. "There were moments earlier in the season when things went our way—right now, they aren’t. Sometimes it’s in our control, sometimes it isn’t, but things aren’t falling for us for one reason or another. The solution is simple: if it hasn’t gone our way, we must work harder, insist more, believe more, and force things to go our way."
