Pamplona (Monday, July 22, 2024) – Club Atlético Osasuna unveiled its alternative kit for the 2024-25 season this morning. The kit is inspired by Navarre's city walls, especially the ones at Pamplona's Citadel. The jersey, created by Macron, is an homage to the walls at Pamplona's Citadel, a military fort from the Renaissance erected by King Philip II. The fort is shaped like a pentagonal star and built to resist attacks from enemies, and today, it is a venue for cultural events, concerts, and plays, which take place in the garden inside the old walls. Pamplona's Citadel is a National Historic and Artistic Monument and, in 2012, was awarded the European Heritage Award.

The stones of the Citadel walls are shown in the jersey as the main character of the alternative kit the team will wear this season. An all-black jersey with a mao neck and gray details. The shoulders and chest show the design that represents the Citadel's walls. The inside of the neck has the club's logo, and the word OSASUNA is over three graphics similar to the ones on the home kit, plus Macron's logo and the phrase 'Designed in Bologna,' a way to show and certify the shirt was made in Macron's headquarters. The inscription in Spanish and Basque, 'VIBRA EN TI - ZUGAN TAUPAKA' – 'IT'S IN YOU' - is also on the neck of the jersey. Macron Hero logo is silver-colored on the chest, while Osasuna's crest is bicolor, silver, and black. At the back of the neck, also in silver, is the pentagonal star representing the walls and fort of the Citadel. 

The alternative kit is not only stylish but also environmentally friendly. It is completed with silver shorts, a black stripe, and gray socks with two black stripes. The Macron Hero logo sits between the stripes at the front of the sock, with the word OSASUNA at the back. Like the home and away kits, this kit is made by Macron using Eco Fabric, a 100% polyester fabric made with recycled plastic. The main fabric, Eco Softlock, and Eco Mesh make the jersey very light and guarantee breathability while also reducing the environmental impact of the kit's production.
