Osasuna returns to work in Tajonar
Los Rojillos completed the first of four training sessions for this week
This afternoon, Club Atlético Osasuna returned to work in Tajonar. Assistant coach Dani Pendín led the session, as head coach Vicente Moreno will be in his hometown of Massanassa, one of the towns affected by the “Cold Drop.” Los Rojillos were divided into two groups according to the minutes played against Real Madrid on Saturday. The starters from that match did recovery work, while the rest did compensatory work.
Defender Juan Cruz was absent from the session as he recovers from the hit he suffered during the Copa del Rey match. Meanwhile, midfielder Kike Barja worked independently on a previous Scheduled session to manage his workload. Also, defender Enzo Boyomo and forwards Ante Budimir and Bryan Zaragoza were absent as they have reported for international duty with their national teams.
The team is scheduled to host three more training sessions in Tajonar this week, all of which will be open to the public. Due to the international break, the players will not train on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
